Good

Pros: Does what it says, splits one molex into 4. Pins inside molex connectors are centered and not cheap/flimsy.
Cons: None.
Derribelle

Pros: None.
Cons: First off, its made completely of very cheap, very easy to break plastic. Second (the achilles heel), the hard drive which mounts on the top protrudes beyond the parameters of a 3.5 inch HDD bracket, making it useless for hot-swappable bay application.
Overall Review: Well, one pro might be the fact that it is made out of such a low grade of plastic that I was able to break off the tabs separating the two drives allowing me to mount the top drive upside down, so it could clear the hot-swap bay. Still one egg. This thing really sucks. Pay more money for a better product.
Excellent

Pros: Has an iKVM in such a low cost server! I was please that it worked with my E5620s right out of the box!
Cons: None.
Good server

Pros: Runs E5600 series xeon (32nm) out of the box. Great server. iKVM rocks!
Cons: Like the other review, mine too had a fan alarm going off right out of the box. Easily resolved with a CMOS clear.
Essential

Pros: Works well. Stays cool. Good price compared to other 12GB kits.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: Jozy Altidore should pass the ball more often. Maybe the USA could have gone farther.
Good

Pros: Does what it says. One molex to two sata power.
Cons: None.
