Pros: For a ready to go out of the box system under $100, this is a very good machine. Came with keyboard, mouse, and installed software. All I had to do is attach a screen and fire it up, answer the setup questions and go. Small and tight but there is room for a graphics card and another drive. Access to drives bays, power supply, etc is easy access.

Cons: As an older model I thought I would be able to put one of my older harddrives in, but alas only SATA connection so I cannot use my older IDE BAT drives. The fan under the air shroud was dirty and I had to clean it. The front panel over the empty drive bay was pushed in. I had to open the box and put the panel back in place. No bundled software. But, that is ok for me because I don't want what normally comes with stock computers.

Pros: It is what the write up says it is. Support responded to "REPORT SELLER AN ISSUE" regards the failed SSD in the very next day.

Cons: The SSD failed one (1) month after receiving the computer. The last thing we heard from support was: "Hi There, We will check and let you know shortly. Regards, SMith" It has been over a week since..... just crickets.

Overall Review: The computer came quickly and was well packaged. It worked right out of the box. But, having it for only a month, refurbished or not, one would not expect the main drive, the SSD would fail, and that without warning. And, then one would expect a quicker resolution in solving the problem. IF we did not happen to have an operating system installation disk we would still be without a computer.

Pros: got the box

Cons: no keyboard, no mouse.... not sure about how it runs yet.... but very disappointed. part of the edge strip on the front was half pulled off.... I can reattach it... may need some glue.... but looked poorly packaged by shipper.

Overall Review: I ordered this expecting a box, keyboard, and mouse. Don't count on it!!!!!

Pros: It is used HP Isolation Screws. What came is in good enough condition for use. What came, came quickly enough.

Cons: I ordered 2 sets of 4. That would be a total of 8 screws. They came in one bag indicating that they did not have them grouped in sets. More so, and the complaint: they only sent 7 screws.

Overall Review: Yes, if they make good on the order. Other wise I am short a mounting screw and a drive will not be installed securely.

Pros: I think the hardware is as advertised, but you cannot prove that by me cause I did not get to try it...

Cons: It is advertised to come with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit... it came with Windows 8. Because they will not send 7, and I did not want to buy 7 out of pocket, it was RMA.... and that is not fun... weeks trying to get that done. Still waiting on the RMA

Overall Review: It would be nice if they would check to see that the OS is what they say it is.

Pros: This is the card I want and is recommended for the simulation station we were putting together for a driver education school.

Cons: This includes a free software bundle. The problem is in order from me to pick this up with the whole order I needed to select payment option: bill me later. But it will not allow that because of the software promo. We do not want the software only the card...

Overall Review: After chatting with support the results were: NewEgg cannot override a free software promo that is stopping the order.
