Pros: very strong mount. bolted to the hutch for my computer desk, so I used different bolts than supplied.
Cons: I wish the monitor mounting plate was a little smaller, but using the supplied spacers gave enough room to connect the cables to my monitor. It was a little difficult to figure out where the mid-line of the mount / midline of the monitor would actually be - I wish there was some type of template sheet to help line up the mount to get the monitor closer to where you want it to be (see other thoughts for after installation adjustment idea)
Overall Review: Figured out a way to get vertical adjustment for monitor when used with others - in the elbow joint, there are (2) 1/2 inch spacers which can be removed using the supplied Allen wrench and replaced with some washers bought at the home improvement store. I was lucky that placing both the spacers on the bottom raised my monitor to be inline with my others.
design issue in powersupply
Pros: very nice design, bought as part of home NAS setup, and worked wonderfully Has nice tool less design to load drives, and has large quiet fan to work to keep the drive cool.
Cons: worked until I powered it down to leave for vacation and never came back on. Failed after just short of 3 years, and probably lasted this long because it was always running.
Overall Review: I bought the replacement power supply from Sans Digital because I needed to try and rescue the data from the array. If you are replacing the power supply, make sure you tell them directly the product model so that you will receive the power cable splitter as they have rotated the power supply, and the original cables don't reach otherwise. I hope this power supply lasts longer than the original, or at least long enough to get my data off and onto something more stable.
