Pros: Although the specs look appealing, don't make the same mistake I and others have made by purchasing this garbage. Asus is failing on replying to any of my emails.. as if I had bought this from some random sales guy on wheels at a gas station parking lot.

Cons: Horizontal lines and white screen at boot-up and in Windows.. thats if it makes it that far. Simply impossible to get anyting done when the screen frags out.. and driver updates will be a fail because you won't make it far enough to complete them. I'm pretty convinced that the white screen/ horizontal lines issue is hardware related anyway.

Overall Review: Shame on you Asus for the POOR customer service.. More like shame on you for letting down somone that has always chosen your product over others. I'll take a second next time I think about buying anything again from Asus... What a let down!! thanx again Asus!!

Pros: Makes a great lap warming device if it makes it to windows..LOL, and thats about it!

Cons: Thought this would be the perfect machine for my wife business work and the occasional mobil gaming rig for myself. I'm tired of my wife constantly complaining about the white screen/horizontal line issue at startup, and the express gate gimmick is a fkn epic fail!

Overall Review: Would installing Win7 help? or would passing on the express gate install during driver install help?? Any info would be great.
