Pros: I couldn't agree more with the other reviews on how well this device performs, it has exceeded my expectations as well. I have not had the same experience as far as noise goes however, the unit I purchased couldn't be quieter. Maybe the noise issues others are having have more to do with the HDD's they have populated this NAS box with than the device itself.....

Overall Review: Great device, with great software that has done everything I expected and more. Don't hesitate to spend a few extra dollars on this unit (when compared to some other manufacturers who can't give you everything Synology offers with this product), you won't be sorry you did.
