High tech but VERY uncomfortable
Pros: high quality audio from both speakers and microphone, great flexibility in adjusting the headset (easy movement of the mic in literally all directions, extension of the head piece), extremely long usb/charge only cord which allows me to keep the headset plugged in but still feel as thought I'm using it wirelessly because I can reach every corner of my room without removing the headset,
Cons: microphone inexplicably shuts itself off regularly when the headset is not used for over an hour, and there is no way to know this has occurred until the person(s) with whom you are communicating says that they cannot hear you (it's an easy fix to disconnect the usb/non-charge cord from the box and then reconnect it to the box, but it is very irritating to have to do this several times a day). headset was initially very comfortable; however, after wearing it several hours daily, the padded band puts so much pressure on the top of my head that frequent headaches result no matter how I reposition it or how loose/tight I adjust the band. also, the heavily stitched seams on the ear cushions constantly rub the lower front part of my ears and irritate the skin enough that it's sensitive to touch and forming callouses/scabs. the earpieces themselves are so tight that they press inward on both sides of my head and make the headaches even worse, particularly if I'm wearing glasses. this is the only part of the headset that cannot be adjusted (the pressure applied between the earpieces), and it forces me to take off the headset frequently.
Overall Review: The tech aspects of the headset are excellent and beyond comparison, and the only reason I cannot give it a perfect rating is the extreme discomfort in wearing the headset due to the downward pressure from the band and the massive inward pressure applied between the ear pieces, making it feel as though my head is locked in a vise.
