Overall Review: This does work as advertised. It isnt for lap use though. You need a flat surface like a desk to use it. Cooling systems for laptops generally only work if your laptop is over heating. If its just warm its not going to do anything. I got one since i really didnt feel like having it serviced as a quick fix. Laptop was at 70 degrees normally and after gaming would be in the 90's. Also had trouble with with stuttering vids due to overheating and occasional shutdown. Now im getting 55-65 range for normal use and hi 70's for gaming so it does work if you are getting over heating. Its only going to do so much especially if you are gaming or video intensive work just like most other chill or cold systems to cool laptops

Pros: If using just for the headphones its fine for the price

Cons: Microphone is beyond terrible. Ive gone through 2 pairs. The first pair the mic died in two weeks. The pair I have now the mic isnt dead but is barely audible with turned all the way up

Overall Review: Logitech actually has great cs with this. I returned without a recepit for a new pair no questions asked. The problem is it just a cheaply designed headset
