Logitech Z906 500W 5.1 Speakers
Logitech Z906 500W 5.1 Speakers

Pros: Great build quality, great sound, can get really loud, I have only taken it to 75% and cant go any louder without busting my ear drums. The bass is nice and solid and can handle any music and movies I throw at it.

Cons: -Price, its a little on the high side. -Remote range is not very good, you have to point the remote almost exactly at the RF receiver or else it does not work (even with changing the batteries).

Dead Pixes after 90 Days

Samsung UN40EH5000 40" Class 1080p 60Hz LED HDTV
Samsung UN40EH5000 40" Class 1080p 60Hz LED HDTV

Pros: -Great Picture. -Bright and Vibrant colors. -Easy to use menu. -Thin frame.

Cons: -After about 90 days of owning this TV I noticed a cluster of about 7-9 dead (black) pixels near the top left of the TV. -Speakers are not very good (even for a TV). -Only 2 HDMI inputs.

Overall Review: I know theirs a risk of dead pixels with any TV but I heard good things from Samsung so we will see how the RMA goes with Samsung.

Stopped Working

Kaybles 3ft USB-MIC-3 3 ft. Black USB 2.0 A/Male to Micro USB B/Male Cable 3 feet - OEM
Kaybles 3ft USB-MIC-3 3 ft. Black USB 2.0 A/Male to Micro USB B/Male Cable 3 feet - OEM

Pros: It worked great for the 4 months it actually worked.

Cons: I used this cable to charge my phone and wireless gaming headphones for about 4 months straight and yesterday I found my phone did not charge over night. I plugged this USB cable into several other devices and none of them worked, I tried a different USB cable on the same devices and all of the devices recognized the USB cable just fine. I will not be buying another one.

Overall Review: I guess I will have to try a new brand, one that will last more than 4 months hopefully.

Core i3 is enough

Acer Iconia Tab W700-6607 Intel Core i3 3217U (1.80GHz) 4GB DDR3 Memory 11.6" 1920 x 1080 Tablet PC Windows 8 64-bit
Acer Iconia Tab W700-6607 Intel Core i3 3217U (1.80GHz) 4GB DDR3 Memory 11.6" 1920 x 1080 Tablet PC Windows 8 64-bit

Pros: I was looking for something for my road trip to watch movies and play a few games on and did not want to take my laptop as it was to bulky and heavy. I did some light research and found this was the only full Windows 8 tablet with an intel Core i processor. I saw this one was $110 cheaper than the core i5 Acer tablet and decided to go with the i3 because I was not going to be doing any hardcore gaming or video encoding on this little guy (its a tablet not a desktop). The Core i3 has done everything I have thrown at it without showing any signs of stress, The Core i3 is more than enough for this tablet. So far this thing works great, snappy and fast and runs full windows programs and has that old windows feel I love. The new metro style of windows 8 took me a while to get used to but the more I play with it the faster and easier it is to use. I bought an external 2TB (2.5 inch) USB 3 hard drive to extend the capacity from the 64g (30g free space) that comes with this tablet. I did a full charge on this tablet before my road trip and got a little more than 6 hours use from watching HD movies on half screen brightness and it still had some battery life left in it, needless to say the battery life on this is excellent for being such a powerful tablet. Speakers are pretty loud for tablet speakers, loud enough to watch a movie in a car while on the highway.

Cons: - Not really a con for me but might be for others, this thing does weigh a little over 2lbs but after holding it in your lap or in your hands for a while its really not that bad (much better than any laptop).

Overall Review: I see no reason anyone would need a core i5 for an "on-the-go" tablet, this i3 can play games and extract large files just fine so if your not sure the i3 can handle it, it more than likely can handle anything your going to throw at a tablet (unless your going to be video editing on an 11 inch tablet lol). $779 is worth the price for this tablet, has everything you need for a Full windows 8 tablet.

Corsair Graphite Series 600T Arctic White Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Corsair Graphite Series 600T Arctic White Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: - Best cable management I have ever seen, with no effort at all i got my case to look extremely CLEAN on the inside (coming from Antec 1200 cast) - Good airflow with stock fans (couldn't hurt to do some simple modding and adding a few extra fans) - Perfect size, it can hold anything you put into it except maybe a large water cooling loop with duel pumps (might want to get the 800D for that) - White and black accents look WAY better in real life, the pictures do not do this case justice - The two stock White fan LED's are not blinding bright - Easy to clean dust filters on ALL INTAKES (including the PSU intake on the bottom) - Comes with rubber grommets for installing fans (no vibrations) - I paid $150 and it is worth EVERY PENNY! - Did I mention cable management?!

Cons: - USB 3.0 pass through cable, my ASUS Sabertooth x79 board has an internal USB 3.0 header and I would of loved to use that for the front USB 3.0 this case comes with.

Overall Review: My System Specs (all stock clocks) - XFX Double D HD-6950 2GB - Intel Core i7 3820 CPU - ASUS Sabertooth x79 - Corsair vengeance 16g RAM - Corsair HX750 - Corsair H100 - Corsair Force Series 3 240GB SSD - Corsair 600T (white) case

XFX Double D Radeon HD 6950 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card with Eyefinity HD-695X-CDFC

Pros: I decided to go for a cheaper video card for my new x79 build and boy am I glad I did. This single card plays BF3 and Crysis 2 on MAX settings using a 27inch monitor @ 1920 x 1080 res and It doesn't even break a sweat. It running at stock speeds and with the on-board duel fans and my 600T case (with modded fans) this thing keeps pretty cool under high load.

Cons: Wasn't free
