Great card, Fast, Reliable, Cheap

Pros: I have had this card for about 3 months. Running 2 drives RAID0, 2 drives RAID1, 4 drives RAID5. I have had a drive in the RAID 5 fail and tested the rebuild functionality without any problems. Doesn't seem to affect CPU cycles on Corei7 system, data rates are extremely fast even with all of the ports used in multiple separate RAID sets.
Cons: Disables access to the RAID 5 when it is degraded, kind of annoying but most controllers do that. Card CPU gets very hot without air circulation, recommend using one of those slot exhaust fans.
Great PS with tons of connections, be careful with case

Pros: This power supply has cooling laid out for the Antec Performance One case, unlike most other power supplies on the market right now. Seems to be stable so far. Power supply includes ample connections for hard drives, no problem connecting all 10 that I am using without having to order extra cables.
Cons: Be very careful what case you order this for. I have one of the first generation Performance One cases (P180) and this power supply does NOT fit. Since I have capacity and cooling issues with the P180 already, I am going to upgrade to the P193 and keep the power supply.
Puts out some serious power

Pros: Power supply put out a ton of power without any hiccups. Running a Corei7 system with 8 hard drives, 2 DVD drives, high end RAID controller and high end Video Card. Along with the usual bunch of case fans and misc components. Modular design is great, allows you to use the connectors you need without a bunch of splitters and converters.
Cons: No rear fan.
Four Drives, one DOA

Pros: Big drives, good speed, good price.
Cons: One out of the four drives arrived DOA, RAID 5 initialization kept failing. All arrived with the latest firmware CC1H. New Egg doesn't do advanced returns, I ended up picking up another drive at best buy since it was the same price. I can use the returned drive from New Egg as a spare.
Overall good board

Pros: Overall it seems to be a very good board so far. New BIOS released a couple of days ago, didnt seem to make a big difference.
Cons: Board does not support Native Command Queue (NCQ) and RAID at the same time. So if you are planning to use the onboard RAID, you will loose NCQ. If you want to use NCQ, you cannot use onboard RAID. NCQ brings a pretty big performance increase in drives that support it.
