Overall Review: There was some dialog that lead to a partial refund of the money i spent. And of course they seem to not have been able to find my RMA request which i wanted to pass on anyways because of the bulk and time that would have been needed to return and deal with the politics of that. But i was able to make it work by framing the usable parts of the screen and tossing the rest. One thing i would like to point out to sellers and product makers. Your review is not based on how your ability to fix a situation that was created but rather the quality of the product when it arrived. When you describe one thing and get another then a bad review should be expected and not based on how you polish it up afterwards. Again it was something that had to be done right the first time and there was no room for me to send back, ask for refund or anything else. Quality controls will do wonders with final inspections before packaging... But after framing the kids group seems happy with it.

Cons: Exhaust vents are cut out, Screws are missing, Hard drive show 8% bad sectors with only 20% of the hard drive scanned, About 10% of the screen is covered in dead pixels and the cooling fan sounds like it is flying apart..... I really wish i could post pictures to save you guys from the mistake i made.

Overall Review: This is not a refurbished product but a damaged peace of junk. Refurbished doesn't mean made to function somewhat and loading windows on it. And, it completely fails what the description of what a B Grade item is. Unfortunately im stuck with it because i am not able to actually make the return on it because of personal matters. The company that done the refurbish made no effort to do any repairs. It is nothing more than a scam to make money off junk

Pros: Purchased 2 of these to upgrade my kids computers from onboard graphics.... And the Change its huge.... They can play Skyrim with these things. Granted its not at 120 fps but extremely playable.

Cons: None, except i miss how gfx cards use to come with a couple games

Overall Review: If your are looking to upgrade from Onboard graphics of the AMD 4200 range these will do nicely. They Perform much much better than onboard

Pros: I have two of these and they are very well made and the sound is amazing esp considering the price of the items (one was a freebie). The Wire actually has a plug on both ends so if your like me and you kink, twist, or end up pinching the wire to death it doesnt mean you need to replace the entire headset.

Overall Review: I have purchased a few things from Rosewill and it has been very hit and miss. But these headphones are very well made and solid
