Pros: Great colors, no dead pixels, BEST OF ALL 19 inchs wide, not diagonally that some compnays try to pass as being a 19 inch monitor.

Cons: Can't adjust the height.

Overall Review: Incrediable buy for the money. I have glasses that make objects look smaller; and even with them on this lcd monitor is huge!
