Pros: finally a game on PC that i can actually get into
Much better than it is on my ps4 pro
very well optimized
Overall Review: serious lol at people complaining that the code is hardware locked..like dude..its only locked until you redeem the code, once you have the code and redeem it in blizzard app you can swap all your hardware and it will work for life.
the people complaining are probably the ones that were trying to sell off the code. smh.
Pros: it benches stuff
Cons: it doesnt come with a free gtx 1080
Overall Review: Honestly this is my favorite gpu benchmark.
Pros: SO MUCH FPS BRUH !!! My i7 4770k Oc'd to 4.2 ghz is actually bottlenecking this bad boy! in bf1 at 1080p i get up to 140+fps in some spots and only like 85-90 % gpu usage!
Can push Destiny 2 at 4k high settings 60+ fps with light OC
quiet , well built , back plate
Cons: not really a con but the gpu is HUGE! i have a corsair 400c and it fits and i could fit 2 but doesnt leave much room
Overall Review: i wasn't sure which 1080 to go with but im glad i picked this one. very solid gpu.
Pros: can maintain 60fps maxed settings 1080p in battlefield 1
fan doesnt cut on until 62c which is nice and quiet
Cons: +5 power limit
not the best overclocker
Overall Review: one of these other guys said theirs had elpida memory but the one i got has samsung memory.
Pros: Works Great, Nice and Quiet, Leds aren't too bright but just right. 19,359 firestrike graphic score at stock. YMMV Destroys every game I throw at it maxed settings. absolutely wrecks my rx480
Cons: if i had to nit pick anything about it, i'd say there was some small light scratches on the metal plates on front of gpu that appear to be from normal use, which i totally do not mind at all, but maybe someone else considering purchase might.
and also you HAVE to download the precision xoc software to use the LEDS ,and even lamer you HAVE to sign in fullname, email, etc just to use the software which is a PIA for lazy people such as myself. not a big deal
Overall Review: comes as bare gpu in generic evga box only no other accessories
Pros: if it wasnt for the plain brown box with the certified refurbished sticker on it i wouldn't even know it wasn't brand new.
my first mechanical keyboard and the cherry mx red switches are amazing.
custom made rgb profiles can be downloaded and thats a awesome plus.
Cons: didn't accidently send me two k65's lol
Pros: destroys everything i play maxed settings EVERYTHING!
graphic score of 19,212 at stock in firestrike 1.1
Cons: did not accidently send me two 1070's or a 1080 as that would have been epic
Overall Review: best money ever spent .........until the next new thing comes out 3-6 months from now lol
Pros: looks very nice, clean
easy to set-up
every major opening has dust filter
the door side window is a must !
can fit a 360 mm radiator in front of case
Cons: good luck fitting a 240mm radiator at the top, it just doesnt have clearence for the ram (i have gskill sniper) i do think you can fit one if you used VERY LOW PROFILE ram and slim fans instead of regular ones.
it honestly just needed to be a tad bit taller/bigger, even half a inch taller would have made top radiators fit easily.
feels kind of cheaply made, real thin metal, magnetic dust filter on the top is very cheap to where i feel like i could accidently rip the magnetic strip off thats glued to the filter.
Overall Review: overall i love the case and am very happy, i was honestly going to go with the phantek pro m acrylic case as it's a much better quality build and fits radiators no problems but the fact it didnt have true dust filtered ventilation in the front, the open grill mesh thing and the fact the 400c has that sweeeeeeeet side window i went with this case instead and i have no regrets. if you're main thing is freedom of extreme water cooling i suggest the phanteks or define s instead, if one 360mm radiator and a 120 mm radiator is enough than this case is perfect. THIS IS A PRETTY SMALL MID TOWER.
Pros: nice looking case
blue leds are nice and bright
has mount for two 120mm fans on top or 240mm radiator
ssd drive bins
fits my hyper 212 evo cooler
cable management ability
and even has room for my awkwardly shaped long sapphire r9-280x card. (card is 11.5 inches at longest point clearance is a little over 12 inches.
Cons: not enough room for 2 of my video cards without committing surgery (removing 3.5 hdd bins that are connected by rivets)
side panel with window is flimsy, and doesnt keep shape easily
although it has the space for 240mm radiator i can see it having problems colliding with other parts
Overall Review: this is an awesome case especially for the price with most features needed for gamers.
the fact that i can have ssd's,water cooling, and nice big gpu's in there makes this a very cool case.
Pros: this cpu crushes all my new next gen games with no problems. battlefield 4, advanced warfare, all the hot new games. paired with a r9 280x i am hardcore gaming and loving it!
also renders/edits videos fast, very awesome for live streaming, recording gameplay and editing/rendering my gaming videos.
i can actually play battlefield 4 on all ultra settings while watching youtube videos and surfing the web! all at the same time.
Cons: runs really hot, a cooler like noctua nh-d14/double heat sink or water cooling is needed especially if you intend on overclocking. a 212 evo is only good for a little more than stock speeds on this beast.
Overall Review: best money i ever spent on computer parts, will not bottleneck any gpu.
some will say "it bottlenecks skyrim"..so what? no body cares about skyrim that game is soo 2011 and it was made for single cores. and it still gets well over 60fps on that.
all the games that matter like battlefield, call of duty, crysis 3, titanfall, dead rising 3, shadow of morder, etc. all the hot new demanding games play with excellent performance
if you're a gamer like me and looking for extreme performance for lower cost, this cpu is for you. if you have hundreds of dollars more to spend for maybe 1-5 more fps..then go for it.
