Great Case! (5.25" Bays sit just a little too high, Can't get the Power Supply properly mounted on the bottom)
Pros: USB Ports on top Very Good Air Flow potential Very Good cable management system with support for many fans potential for water cooled Video / Graphics card Roomy dust covers over fans Full Tower Looks cool (especially with the See through panel) The screws holding the preinstalled Front mounted fans are good quality screws with heads that do not strip! =) Comes with extra fastners. =) Was on sale when I bought it.
Cons: The top fan mounting location nearest the 5.25" bays doesn't have enough vertical clearance to mount that fan on the inside of the case while the top 5.25" bay is in use. & There is 3/4" to 1" of space between the bottom of the 5.25" bays that would allow the bays to sit lower & give enough clearance for the fans above the 2 5.25" bays. The instructions that come with the case clearly show the fans being mounted to the inside (not between the case & the dust cover). As it is, I will have to mount the afore mentioned fan between the case & the dust cover (the dust cover may not close all the way due to this, alas) or I may not mount that fan at all. Also there are raised spots on the bottom of the case (from the factory) that prevent me from lining up the Power Supply with where it screws to the case. The power Supply still fits inside the case it just doesn't fit up tight against the opening leaving a small gap, & preventing it from being fastened to the case with the screws it comes with. I don't know why the Rosewill Factory put those 2 raised spots there.
Overall Review: Comes with HDD cages (I removed them to increase airflow as I am using an S.S.D. rack in one of the 5.25" bays). The pictures on newegg do not show the fan port hub on the backside of the case (inside the back panel) this would have made me even more apt to buy this case had I known about that little feature. Overall a good case, just wish there was a little more clearance between the top 5.25" bay & the top fan mounting position nearest to it (& if the 2 5.25" bays sat 3/4" to 1" vertically lower they would still clear the fans mounted on the front & also create enough Clearance for the previously mentioned top mounted fan). If the case was a little bit taller to accommodate said clearance, I would have rated this 5 out of 5 eggs.
Great Micro ATX Case
Pros: Micro ATX 2 x 5.25" bays ATX PSU compatible Room for a 2 slot wide video card Internal HDD cage is removable Side Window Decent Price room for 4 X 120mm fans (there's mounting holes for 2 120mm fans on top, however that 2nd top fan doesn't clear an optical drive mounted in the top bay; the bottom mounted fan... I don't really care about mounting fans on the bottom of the inside of computer cases). So I just use the 2 front 120mm fans, the rear fan, & the top rear fan. Looks cool
Cons: Doesn't come with the rear & top read fans. I cannot find the matching model of case fan on Newegg (to add to the previously mentioned spots), so I just bought 4 Case Fans of another model to have all the fans match. Only one pair of USB ports on the case. The drive mounting holes in the lower of the two 5.25" bays don't line up perfectly with the drive (not sure if that's because of the bays or the drive), however close enough to work with an alignment tool.
Overall Review: Good case at a good price. Suits my purposes.
