Cons: cannot install on two pc's; spent hours with level 1 on each computer, 2 hours with level 2 on another and tonight 3 hours + with level 2 support and it is not even installed.

Cons: One memory stick is bad, my dell shows it as bad depending which slot I put it in so no doubt
