Eats things
Pros: Running 2 GX2s for quad SLI, quad core 9950 140w CPU, 4 gigs of ram, and it doesnt even hiccup. For this price and this power, buy it now. 2nd Hiper power supply ive had in a year and they have both been rock solid.
Cons: Absolutely none.
Overall Review: If you want to run a high end gaming rig with enough power for a very good price, this is the PS for you.
Nice memory but
Pros: 4 gigs of ram in 2 sticks, attractive looking.
Cons: Wont post at 1066. Havent had time for tech support but even upping the voltage to what it needs to be, causes sytem to hang and crash.
Overall Review: Would have went with another brand had I known, first Kingston product ive bought, and the last. Never had issues with memory before this. Im quite disappointed.
Stellar
Pros: Bought this for a project that im working on, and it is massive, and it is beautiful and it is perfect for what im doing. Tons of room inside, edges are a bit sharp, but you shouldnt be baning your hands around in here too much.
Cons: I didnt find anything about this case to be annoying enough to call it a con.
Overall Review: If you need massive rooms for stuff inside. If you need space for 13+ drives. This is your case. Best case ive ever bought and ive built dozens, and dozens of PCs.
Bought at a brick and mortar
Pros: Worked flawlessly from the moment I plugged it in. I am getting about 15% lower speed, but the alternative was WIFI or running CAT 5 through my attic, in Arizona, in July. So for $60 I got a pair of these and I am on the opposite end of the house from the router and it works great.
Cons: None so far.
Just....wow
Pros: Temps dropped immensely due to the fact I can run it at 100% fan and not hear it over my other fans. Stock cooler is like having a leaf blower next to your ear. Instructions are terrible, but if you have any tech savvy very doable in an hour or 2. Curing time is way too long on the adhesive they give you, used another adhesive from AC and was dried in an hour. Dropped temps from 82c-85c at 45% fan on stock cooler, to 43c max load on 100% fan with this due to the fans being so quiet.
Cons: None cept for the terrible instructions.
Overall Review: If you have a reference design 7970 like I do, for the cost, its $69.99 now I bought it a few days ago at $79.99, you cant go wrong.
So far, so good
Pros: Easy to install on Win 7 64 Ultimate. Just plugs in and away I went. The buttons work well, easy to read, would definitely get again if I had a need.
Cons: About once a week it cuts out and my Ventrilo will tell me that my sound card has stopped working. Unplug it, plug it back in and it works. Kind of annoying, but hey I got it for like $22 and it works great.
Overall Review: Its a cheap workaround with pretty decent sound for motherboards whose audio has stopped working or for a laptop.
Good communication
I originally was going to RMA these, but I decided to keep them. Seller got back to me quick, was ready to take them back. I ordered 2 more 8tb from the same seller. Im pleased.
