Overall Review: I have installed both latch and deadbolt smart locks from a couple other large manufacturers (Sw and Kw) and certainly have nothing bad to say about them either. I was going to buy them again, but this lock jumped out at me as I like the look and features. Decided to take a chance and buy. Install was easy as any others. Setup was easy. The software is very user friendly. I like the keyhole cover...nice smooth look that way. My ONLY complaint if I had to make one is the door and door jam plates. My lock is brushed gold, the plates are silver. Not a huge deal since you don't see them when the door is closed. Just that my handle latch on the door has all gold and now my deadbolt has silver plates. To me it seems logical that if you would send door plates to match the lock itself.
