Got what I paid for

Noctua NF-S12B FLX 120mm, 3 Speed Setting, Beveled Blade Tips Design, SSO Bearing Fan - Retail
Noctua NF-S12B FLX 120mm, 3 Speed Setting, Beveled Blade Tips Design, SSO Bearing Fan - Retail

Pros: Worth the money if they last more than the 6 years I got out of my old fans. Solid construction. Great air flow. Extremely quiet. Long three pin cable with braided shield.

Cons: Not a single bit of instructions - not that much instruction is needed EXCEPT which jumper cable is which - see "Other Thoughts" below. Brown on brown color scheme is a tad flaky.

Overall Review: I bought three of these fans to replace all of the case fans in my 6 year old Antec P180 case. The bearings on one of my old fans was starting to make loud noise so it was time. But each fan comes with two jumper cables that are used to slow down the rotation speed. The only way to know which is which is to attach each one, power up the PC and observe the speed of the blades. It's hard to tell by listening because the fans are dead quiet at lower speeds. These are the settings: -- 1200 RPM = NO Jumper -- 900 RPM = L.N.A. Jumper (BLACK connector) -- 600 RPM = U.L.N.A. Jumper (WHITE connector) I suppose you could also use both jumpers to really slow things down but what's the point? The fans are so quiet no need to go below 900 RPM. Use the extra jumpers on your other fans. You also get 4 rubber mounting pins but I used the provided screws.

Meh....

SAMSUNG 2343BWX High Glossy Black 23" 5ms 16:9 Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 20000:1 (DC) w/ HDCP Support
SAMSUNG 2343BWX High Glossy Black 23" 5ms 16:9 Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 20000:1 (DC) w/ HDCP Support

Pros: I knew the issues going in and Price was right. That's why I kept it.

Cons: Unforgivable manufacturing/design defect with the stand. As noted in previous reviews, which I read in advance of my purchase, one simply cannot fully insert the metal stand tab into the slot on the back of the monitor. There is a spring steel bit in the center of the slot on the monitor that's supposed to allow the stand tab to pass then secure itself into the corresponding hole on stand tab. Problem is, this spring bit does not give way to the stand tab at all. No amount of force will allow you to seat the stand firmly into the slot. I pushed hard enough at one point the front bezel of the monitor popped off. Thankfully, nothing was damaged. So with the stand only 40-50% inserted. the entire monitor is able to rock/rotate side to side about 10 degrees. But there is enough penetration that it's secure enough to use. But this is a stupid error to allow such defects on the market.

Overall Review: Overall height of the monitor is probably a half inch higher than it should be with the stand inserted all the way. But that worked out OK because now the total height is perfectly aligned with my Samsung 940b. Overall color is warm especially when compared to my 940b side by side (which now looks green to me)

Quiet

CORSAIR HX Series HX850 850 W ATX12V 2.3 / EPS12V 2.91 SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified Haswell Ready

Pros: Quiet. The permanent cables are just enough to hook up the mobo (split), CPU (split 8 pin) and dual PCI-E (4 cables total). I added one SATA and one fan power cable and I was done. Plenty of empty power connectors for growth.

Cons: I suppose I could complain about the excessive packaging. Who really needs a veletine bag for the PSU that's getting installed? Also you get a vinyl bag for your extra cables. If they dropped the extras and lowered the price I guess that would be OK.

Quiet & Not all that long

EVGA SuperClocked 015-P3-1582-TR GeForce GTX 580 (Fermi) 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
EVGA SuperClocked 015-P3-1582-TR GeForce GTX 580 (Fermi) 1536MB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Installed this card in my Antec P180 case. I had to remove the hard drive bay opposite the card because all new cards are too long - but this one wasn't so bad. Thankfully I have a lower HD bay in this case plus I added two 5.25" rack mountable HD bays for up top. This card is more quiet than my old NVidia GTX9500. The only game I have ready is Left4Dead2 which I can run on my big wide screen with every setting maxed out.

Cons: None

No Brainer

SNT SNT-125B Black 3.5" SATA Hard drive to 5.25" Bay SATA Mobile Rack Removable Hard drive kit
SNT SNT-125B Black 3.5" SATA Hard drive to 5.25" Bay SATA Mobile Rack Removable Hard drive kit

Pros: Installed two SATA drives using these babies. The drives are dedicated for backups so I can power them down with the front switch when not in use. Lever mechanism for removing drives works fine though it's only plastic so a meat fingered dude could break them if he wanted. Each bay has its own tiny fan that are not detectable... at least I think they're running. LOL.

Cons: Not a single instruction included. I had a hard time figuring out how to get the thing open in order to put the hard drive in. But once I figured it out it was a snap. Hint: Press open arrow to free the lever. Pull the drawer out. Remove HD enclosure. Slide the black cover to the rear and remove. Insert drive in proper direction. Slide black cover back on. Insert HDD enclosure back into drawer. Attach 5.25 bay clips to side of enclosure (if you case has them) insert drawer into PC 5.25 bay.

Overall Review: A simple set of instructions would have been nice.
