Cons: The support for my computer purchases was very poor and one sided. The 30 day window for returns is set in stone, despite the fact that it took two weeks to get my motherboard replaced from a manufacturing discrepancy. I then found that I had the same issue with the CPU and memory. I tried to return the two items and was told that it was past the 30 day window. Without a functioning motherboard how was I to know if I had more bad parts. Very poor support of their customers with no leeway at all. I will not be using NewEgg for any computer purchases in the future

Overall Review: would not recommend using this company and if you have a problem with the products you purchase then return all pieces in question at once.

Pros: No idea whether this would be a good CPU or not.

Cons: The CPU was dead right out of the box. I had the CPU fail led lit on the MB which also caused the memory fail light as well. No idea whether this would be a good CPU or not.

Overall Review: I'm having trouble with Newegg's customer support as they are balking at me returning the product.
