Overclocking Central

Pros: I would have to say that I am overly impressed with this product. It really does not take much of the 12V rail to get it going... or atleast it is similiar to that of a 7900gt I have tested in the same machine. The card is phenominal at overclocking... I don't think you understand. I am at 702 core with memory at 2240 Mhz. The frame rates are incredible and my card never broke 79 degress Celsius overclocked. Put the fan at 25% for near silent operation and overclock away!
Cons: None I can think of. It seems like it could hot overclocked if you don't have good airflow. But who in the hell should be overclocking if they didn't know better...
Overall Review: Get this... it's no joke. No giggles, no noise... this think just does serious business.
Overheating

Pros: Incredibly fast... for forty seconds (extreme throttling kicks in)
Cons: This card is hotter than most reviews show. It hits a full 95C and starts throttling in under 40 seconds. The worst part is that I can raise the fan speed to 100% and the card still hits 95C within a minute. It's definitely worse than the other R9 290s I have. Seems like Powercolor is having some "Quality Control" issues... this is the second one I have had to return in a month (first one started showing bad artifacts in Crysis 3 at factory speeds)
Overall Review: If you want to get an AMD R9 290, you may want to avoid this card. I am on my second RMA! In short, go for a different brand.
Better than expected!

Pros: While the card doesn't present the better value proposition than the RTX 3070 (barely faster, $100 more expensive), it is still very fast! Finally upgraded from a 980Ti on my overclocked 4770K and it's officially a game changer. DLSS is a great feature that really boosted CyberPunk to flawless levels (which I previously thought impossible). The Newegg Shuffle Angels smiled upon me and I got this at great value.
Cons: This thing eats way more power than it should, considering it's only a few percent faster than the RTX 3070. But, in these times, I'll take it...
Overall Review: I strongly recommend this product to you anyone who's able to get it through Newegg Shuffle. However, if you're shopping when video cards are selling for at MSRP, You're much better off with an RTX 3080 or an RTX 3070.
Stable and Quiet

Pros: The power is quiet and efficient. I have an Athlon 3800+ X2 @ 2.6 with 1.425 V, 2 GB of Corsair memory overclocked to 1080 Mhz @ 2.1 V. The system has 4 hard drives, two DVD Burners, 5 Case fan on 2 fan controllers, a 52 in 1 card reader, and a 640MB 8800 GTS with a IDE raid controller and dialup modem (I know I know). Anyway the voltages is ridiculously rock solid. The 12V voltage is always at 11.80 , even when the processor is under load and the 8800GTS is under load. I am impressed to say the least... very impressed
Cons: The majority of the cables would be nicer to work with if they were wrapped mesh sleeving, too. Plenty of molex connectors and SATA connectors to go around.
Overall Review: I was worried at first, but this power supply is incredible for being under 100$. I would recommend it to anyone... really. I am so confident in this power supply, I am probably going to put a 2nd 640 Geforce 8800 GTS in the computer. This thing is NASTY MAN!!!
"OVERCLOCK ME" written all over it

Pros: I was absolutely impressed with the temperatures of this processor. It was running at 36 C under load stock. My original Athlon 3800 X2 ran stock at 3800+ and overclocked to 2.6 Ghz with 1.425 V. I overclocked this thing with LESS THAN STOCK VOLTAGE to 3.0 (1.325V) and it has been torture tested all week.
Cons: The only downfall of this chip is its built in memory diveder. It runs memory at 87.5% the expected clock speed. Lucky for me the FSB runs at 286 and the memory is running at 1000 Mhz now. It would be at 1144 if it did not have the 87.5% thing going on. It is okay though, once I overclock the processor to a higher speed (shooting for 3.2+, I will get closer to 1100 Mhz in the ram... which translates in to over 10 GB/s transfer rate). :)
Overall Review: Love it man... love it. 3.0 Ghz+ speed for under 75 bucks is a beautiful thing...
The Best Deal out there!!!

Pros: The motherboard is incredible in features considering its price. I have the ability to modify the processor, memory, and chipset voltages easily (people who did not notice them are amateurs) It has smart fan capabilities (for the cpu fan only), has 2 IDE ports on the motherboard, and support raid across all of them. My main computer used an Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe that overclocks extremely well. I had an Athlon 3800+ X2 windsor (which are 90 W parts, but mine reached 2.6 no problem from 2.0). Needless to say, I threw that in there and went straight to the 260 Mhz FSB without modifying the chipset voltage and it is rock solid. There is a memory timing section also (some people are looking for flashing objects becuase it is pretty apparent) and I dropped the timing down on my Corsair 6400C4 with no problem. The memory is operating at 2.1V also. I am getting about 10124 MB/s through ram. So don't let other people scare you, this is the best motherboard for the price.
Cons: Extension of the Pros: The motherboard also allows users to only use their 20 pin power connectors as long as they have the 4 V 12 pin, which I tested and it worked fine. Also, the fact that the website said not to use the 6400+ is ridiculous. This thing (I am certain) will run every current AM2 out. Also, they are testing the Phenom with it and it looks like another bios update may allow support for it (which would be incredible). Now to the possible con: The 24 pin power connector is located in an interesting spot... but if you are not afraid to route that power connector, it is not an issue at all.
Overall Review: People caught up in this whole Nforce 4 chipset thing (effectively what this is... though it still installs the newest 500 series motherboard drivers from Nvidia). Chipset matter with AMDs only when you are considering the number of USB ports, PCI slots, SATA ports, and IDE ports. Performance is NOT LIMITED in memory bandwidth or FSB overclock ability. This has the same all over features of my Nforce 570 SLI and the Nforce 680i SLI (from intel) except that it has 2 IDE connectors on board and 2 less SATA ports. My current Athlon 3800+ X2 is running at 2.6 on air at 55 celsius under load with stock cooling, while the chipset never breaks 38 celsius @ 260 Mhz with stock voltage (though the chipset fan is small and high RPM, it didn't make audible noise). People complain becuase they want a 280 dollar motherboard from a 80 dollar one. LoL... all I know is that if I only have 75 - 85 dollars to spend on a motherboard... it is the best thing possible by a long shot.
