Don't be out done by an Phone

ASUS 27" 1440P Eye Care Monitor (PB278Q) - QHD (2560 x 1440), IPS, DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI
ASUS 27" 1440P Eye Care Monitor (PB278Q) - QHD (2560 x 1440), IPS, DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI

Pros: Colors pop very nicely in games. Text on things like webpages don't have that grainy look. And pictures look like post cards. Comes with a crazy 5 year warranty No dead Pixels

Cons: You have to tune it for optimization to the get the most out of it.

Overall Review: If your still computing at 1080p think about this. Chances are, your smart phone has a higher resolution than your computer monitor. If your concerned about how 60 is going to effect your gaming, don't. I've had 4 different 120hz monitors. The PB 278Q is a no brainer.

Most Critical Review

1080p is AWSOME for Gaming

ASUS VK246H Black 24" HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 DC 1000:1 (ASCR 20000:1 ) Built-in Speakers w/ 1.3m Pixel Webcam
ASUS VK246H Black 24" HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 DC 1000:1 (ASCR 20000:1 ) Built-in Speakers w/ 1.3m Pixel Webcam

Pros: PC gaming on this monitor is amazing at 1920 x 1080, I love it. Its super bright and crisp. 2ms response time makes for no ghosting what so ever. The fact that it comes with a camera is nice because it appears much more sleek than having a separate cam placed on top.

Cons: Most of the Splendid presents are useless. Theater Mode looks the best in my opinion for gaming, on the desktop and watching HD cable, the other presets are not so hot. The 20000:1 Contrast setting called ASCR doesn't stay put and goes back and fourth to 1000:1 and is aggravating to me and has no value. I leave that feature off. The stand is cheesy, if you grab the monitor to make and adjustment it will wobble . The logo on the front of mine says iSUS instead of ASUS (A defect).

Overall Review: Over all I am satisfied with this piece of gear, the value for the money is hard to beat. I am left scratching my head wondering if I should have bought the BenQ 2400HD instead or the Dell S2409W which is gorgeous. The other two have 5ms response times though. To get the web cam to work. Install the software first then plug in the camera's USB.

Minimalist dream.

Gamemax M60 White Steel Micro ATX Tower USB3.0 Computer Case w/ Dual Mesh Side Panels
Gamemax M60 White Steel Micro ATX Tower USB3.0 Computer Case w/ Dual Mesh Side Panels

Pros: Sturdy Fantastic air flow Clean and minimalist

Cons: There is no need for a 5" HD bay. They could get rid of that. The fan is just ok, not great not horrible.

Overall Review: I'm so tired of computer cases that look like they came from the movie Tron. If you are staring at your computer case for entertainment instead of your screen, you are doing it wrong. I like my builds to be air cooled and so I hate buying cases with water cooling features because I think water cooling is dumb. If you like doing quiet air cooling and minimal fans this case is a great choice. This is the coldest and quietest build I've done to date.

Owned for a year and a half

Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250 Ohm Reference headphones for control and monitoring purpose (closed)

Pros: Comfort & Sound

Overall Review: I do pro audio work. I bought the 250ohm version to protect my hearing. These headphones are crazy comfortable. They sound great. Build quality is solid. Made in Germany not China.

Smooth and Quiet

EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER KO GAMING Video Card, 08G-P4-2072-KR, 8GB GDDR6, Dual Fans

Pros: I've owned many EVGA cards over the years. They all seem very quiet most of the time. This one is the quietest yet out of the ones I've owned. Performance is flawless.

Cons: No Complaints

Overall Review: I like EVGA because they have a great RMA program if their cards ever break. And they do break sometimes.
