Pros: Very light, very fast switch. Useful for a desktop switch since the lights are on the front and the cables plug into the rear.

Cons: It's so light that sometimes the cables can drag it off the desk if you have all 8 plugged in. Not sure it's a con - but most wifi routers use the same plug but are 12 volts, this is a 5 volt device. Don't plug the 12v one into this, it *will* kill it. Trust me. That's why I'm here buying a second one.

Overall Review: I wish it was built so that it could at least withstand a 12v adapter for a few moments.

Pros: Seems to work fine. Fisheye is ok, will take some experimenting to get proper location. Works fine with Blue Iris. Have not done long term tests yet.

Cons: Normally a little expensive. App setup is a bit weird, you have to put yoru wifi creds into the app for it to send to the camera. Hard to find the default password for the web interface. (hint: admin/123456)

Overall Review: Works fine with blue Iris, if you set it up as a LaView LV-D5108AHS RTSP camera, using video url: /H264?ch=1&subtype=0 Overall I'm pretty happy.

Pros: This machine is very fast at processing tasks, not so fast on the video. Used with blue iris video software it just swallows the video without even breathing hard. Unit was so clean, I wouldn't have known it was a refurb except for the XXXX'd out license sticker and new Win10 sticker.

Cons: Video speed isn't great, but I don't care about that, I connect to it via teamviewer.

Overall Review: My old i5 that this replaced ran about 80% CPU trying to serve up video. Whenever I would connect to the machine remotely it would get very slow with the CPU pegged at 100%. I tried rotating one camera in-software, and the machine got so slow I had to power it off. This machine swallows all that work without straining at all. Connected remotely WITH one camera rotated it purrs along at about 13% CPU. Fantastic buy. Highly recommended.
