Pros: The refurbished Dell arrived in a timely manner and with the Windows 11 software preloaded. Set up was easy. added my 365 account and seems to work great. This particular machine had two "Display" ports" and no HDMI which was not mentioned in the description. Simple adapter resolved that conflict.

Overall Review: I would recommend and would purchase again if needed.
