Lenovo IdeaPad 15.6" Intel Core i7-740QM 4GB Memory DDR3 1066 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 0646-54U
Lenovo IdeaPad 15.6" Intel Core i7-740QM 4GB Memory DDR3 1066 Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit 0646-54U

Pros: -The price is pretty great -It is lightning fast once you uninstall all of the bloatware that comes with it and get rid of all of the unnecessary processes -The battery life is better than what I expected, I'm able to get 3.5 hours out of it when I dim the display -It looks nice -Speakers are nice -Decent graphics card (I'm going to college soon so it's a good thing if it can't play games that are coming out soon) -Lots of little features that aren't advertised: there's a neat little slider across the top to access programs, one touch battery life -Multi-touch track pad

Cons: -Lots of bloatware, but it's fairly easy to disable -The track pad is in the middle, so the cursor occasionally jumps around when I'm typing -It puts off a LOT of heat -It gets covered in fingerprints right away -No numpad (but what can you expect from a 15.6" screen?) -A little nitpicky, but the right shift key is small, so sometimes I accidentally hit the up arrow instead

Overall Review: It's the only sub-$1000 computer that I've seen with an i7 that I actually like the looks of. As of yet, there's nothing about this computer that actually bothers me, the cons were just things I listed that I thought others might like to know. All in all, I really like this little laptop.
