Pros: Pretty clean except for some sticky residue where stickers may have been. Runs good except DVD/CD drive will not read a single disk.

Cons: After activation and installing drivers from the internet for my outboard hardware wanted to install my applications from disk - Click on drive, insert disk, close drive drawer, wait 5 min. Disk ejects, Message "insert disk" - I ran in this loop through 5 known good disks - Frustrated. Refurbished, somewhat. I have hours into the setup. I'll try installing through my network from desktop. I'll let you all know how Newegg handles this.

Overall Review: A roll of the dice. I never buy "Refurbished" , but I do buy used on the bay. I don't know what came over me. I paid $225, the next day it drops to $215

Pros: Might be a good drive.

Cons: Poor packaging - when UPS handed it to me I could feel and hear it sliding loosely around in the box. RMA - money back & did not take the chance on a second one.

Cons: MAC address begins with 08. Would not connect with my existing Rosewill RNX-easyN4 (access point/router) and RNX-N2X (wireless adapter). Returned error "invalid MAC address." MAC address must begin with 00. I called Zonet technical assistance. I got a recorded message to leave name and number. Zonet DID NOT return my call. So... I did the RMA thing.

Overall Review: This adapter may work for some folks. Did not work for me. I will go with what I know works exceptionally well and that is Rosewill. I have neither time or patience for companies that do not have a person to talk to when their product does not work without hassles.

Pros: Good feature set. Stable performance. Easy installation. Good value for the price.

Cons: IDE port 1 is flakey. Does not recognize HD in slave position, and if a HD is in this position,CD/DVD drive is not recognized. I tried different cabling and jumper settings without any success. IDE port 2 has no problems. SATA works fine. I will assume that RMA replacement will not solve the problem as I have read from another review that has found the same problem. Maybe a revision is needed. I have hardware awaiting a MOBO, I am glad that I did not buy two of these. I am considering spending a few bucks more and getting the MSI K8N NEO3-F version of this lay-out. newegg item #N82E16813130493. It has a fan on the chipset, Gigabit LAN, USB bracket, and aluminum heatsinks on MOSFETs. The extra features definately would offset the fact that it only has one 9 pin serial port. :)

Overall Review: Glad to see the support for the 754 upgrade platforms but would like to see 3.0GB SATA, more PCI slots since PCIe has very few usable offerings outside of video 16X.
