Pros: The memory was cheap with ok performance for the price compared to the competition.

Cons: The company denied my rebate and since I had the poof of when it was postmarked, they are incorrect in their decision. I purchase mass quantities of IT equipment since that is my business and I will not buy anything from this company again. I would have rated the product higher, but due to the lack of customer service, which is part of they buying experience, I had to reduce the rating.

Overall Review: They may have saved twenty dollars in denying the rebate but they will lose potential sales due to their decision.

Pros: cheap, 120mm fan options, quick fasteners

Cons: The power button backing that is used to hold it in place snapped. I contacted the manufacturer, but I never received a replacement part. I submitted an RMA over 2 months ago for a replacement power button since the backing support can break with little pressure. I have yet to receive the part or even an e-mail from them dictating whether or not they were going to send me a power button or not.

Overall Review: I have been building systems for over 12 years and this is the first and only computer case I have utilized where the power button support snapped. I typically like recommend their other products, but this model in my case was not very good out of the gate.
