Pros: This smart lock is relatively easy to use once the initial pairing to add lock is done correctly. There is a tiny rectangular reset button located just below the lock/unlock thumb turn.

Cons: Unfortunately, my reset button doesnt work.

Overall Review: Thanks to customer support, she guided me patiently to perform an internal reset. Voila.it works! This smart lock is like a Swiss army knife :) There are multiple ways to lock & unlockthis is my first day of use. So cant say much about the performance. Lets hope that it works for many days, and months ahead :)

Overall Review: I like this game chair, I bought it for my daughter studying, but now we take it turn, so comfortable be sit, I like sit down for reading and relax, so soft and the headrest is cool design I think, maybe I will got more, love it.
