It boots after playing around with it

Pros: 128GB running in gear 1 at 3200mhz after some fiddling

Cons: Will happily run at 4000mhz if only 2 sticks are used. It took a some fiddling around to get it to post.

Overall Review: Over all it is nice working memory. I knew the odds of getting a full 4000mhz out of it were slim, but I was still hopeful. It took messing with some settings to get past post and moving RAM between physical slots in the Mobo (for some reason 1 stick really didn't like slots 2 and 4)
