The original shipment was lost by the USPS local branch. This is a common enough problem, and I understand that the carrier initially let them down. However, when I contacted Storage Expert offered some very unhelpful suggestions. Check with your neighbors, contact the post office, check with the apartment complex office, look around. All of this is fluff, and none of it was useful. Eventually Newegg convinced them to send out a replacement, which they did. The second shipment arrived a few days later than predicted, as the USPS again caused problems by intercepting and warehousing my package for a week in Philadelphia, PA. My suggestion would be to engage a different shipping carrier. I will never use this marketplace seller again.
