Pros: It works. Turned out to be compatible with the 3 12800 sticks already installed, which I wasn't sure if it would be. I've never had a bad experience with Crucial memory.

Cons: None, except that memory prices are increasing, while SSD's are coming down and prices of other components are remaining stable or declining.
