2x16GB High Performance!!!

Pros: Got my kit to run flawlessly at 4000 16-17-17-36 492 2T using only 1.44v!
Cons: Price I paid in 2/2020 for this kit, though still worth it
Overall Review: Got this kit for a soon to be had Intel i7 10700K build, which didn't come together for another four months. Had to have it, afraid it'd be gone by that time; right now as of 10/2020, it's almost crazy inexpensive for what it is. The kit is in a Asus ROG Maximus Hero XII with my 10700K at 5Ghz. Hitting a rock solid 4000 16-17-17-36 at 1.44v is far better than I'd ever had expected for a 2x16GB kit, and those heat sinks do their job well too. Aida64 latency is 43.2 nsec, though not blistering compared to a high end OC for 24/7 use that is mighty fine. Completely satisfied and I highly recommend this kit. I could NOT get this kit to run stable at 1T with my build. Surprised to see the reviewers that were able to.
It works to write BD-R and BD-RE

Pros: - Seems legit, works as advertised
Cons: - Mechanism seems a but clunky
Overall Review: I bought this as a future replacement for my existing internal BD writer, which still works fines. The thought is that optical media is more or less being discontinued, and when my existing one dies (they all do eventually) I wanted to guarantee its replacement (at a reasonable price at least). I was a bit skeptical about this unit, but it looks legit and performs well enough. We'll see someday if it lasts as long as my currently working BD writer.
Well made, easy to install, looks great and does the job

Pros: -Well made -easy to install -looks great -does the job
Cons: -according to some it's not needed -the is SLI extension of no current value
Overall Review: My evga rtx 3080 ti ftw 3 is HUGE and heavy. Though that gcard's construction seems very sturdy, why take any chances in the long term. My prior build, which had a gtx 1070 installed horizontally in it for 4 years, started having problems in the last year or so I had it with the slot which that GPU was seated. That 1070 was never braced. Regardless of whether or not it's really needed, in my current build I'll now not be worrying about the slot nor the gcard being effected by sag.
Great value for a no nonsense mid-tower case

Pros: Somewhat compact outer dimensions An attractive no nonsense look; its blue paint job looks great and seems durable Two exterior 5.25" bays Comfortably fits a Noctua NH-D15S Easily fits very long graphics cards Decent cable management Thumb bolts included for securing expansion cards
Cons: No speaker for mobo POST reporting Mobo standoff mounting holes can easily be stripped Barely long enough audio header cable Front fans could use to have more air flow Should have had two USB 3 ports instead of one each for USB 2 and USB 3 For my case it is a bit difficult to secure the main side panel, due to build quality
Overall Review: This case was exactly what I needed for my new build, which essentially are all my pros. The 5.25" bays were used for mounting extra USB headers needed for my flight sim controllers, plus an old school BR writer for my video work. Installing the mobo standoffs was a bit challenging. Though I was very careful and took my time, I managed to strip one of them though I didn't know it until I was mounting the mobo. Had to buy a mobo speaker since it's essential to have one when OC tuning; I was surprised this case didn't include one, though it's not a big deal. Its cable management is adequate for a modular PSU and managed to get a decently clean looking build. The cable mounts for mounted HDs face the rear of the case. Two standard size drives will fit with their cabling attached, but just barely so. Mounted a Noctua case fan in the back, went with this pricey fan for it is low noise, good air flow and matches the NH-D15S I installed. This made for one the quietest builds I'd ever had. Hopefully the front fans will be adequate over time. My case's build quality is slightly lacking in that securing the main side panel takes a bit of effort to correctly screw in one of its bolts (definitely don't want to strip that); its bolts are integrated into the side panels. Overall I'm satisfied with this case, though it loses a star for all the cons I listed.
Nice upgrade retiring my i7 4770k

Pros: At this point in time, it's the fasted 8 core 16 thread cpu available
Cons: It is basically a gimped i9 10900k Needs a very good cooler to get the best out of it Cost still somewhat high
Overall Review: Nice to read that some can hit an OC over 5.0Ghz using less that 1.3v. Unfortunately that is not always to be expected. I'd guess it's about a 50-50 chance... and got a meh draw with my 10700k. Some owners are happy to just to get past 4.7; I can get 5.0 all cores stable, but I'm not comfortable pushing 1.3v or more under load (a 1.37v manual setting) and having temps in the upper 70s to upper 80s for my RL usage (prime95 goes into the mid-90s). I'm using a Noctua NH-D15S, which cools as good as mid to upper grade AIOs. Even if I had the temps under better control, 1.3v or more under load still is concerning. But hey, the 10700k I got still rocks for what I use it for, and at a 4.9 all cores OC it runs just fine, which I'll expect it to do the next several years without any degradation (just like my nearly golden 4770k did). I rate 5 eggs for my listed pro; OC performance is 100% gratis and 100% luck of the draw, thus not worthy of docking or raising a cpu's rating. Running Win10 Pro on an Asus ROG Maximus Hero XII with g.skill 2x16GB 3600 @ 15-15-15-32 2T, a Thermaltake Tough Power 850W PSU and a 4 years old evga gtx 1070 that still works great driving a 2560x1440 60htz IPS panel.
Breathes a little more life into a 3 year old build

Pros: - A reasonably priced fast and low latency 2x8GB DDR3 kit - Flawlessly performs as advertised with my Asus Z87-Pro 4770k build using its XMP setting - 42.0 nsec latency in AIDA64 while running T1 stable @ 4.5Ghz cpu / 4.3Ghz cache OC
Cons: - This kit is HUGE, removing the fins can help...somewhat
Overall Review: I got this kit solely to increase my RAM capacity from 8 to 16GB while maintaining high performance. I feel lucky that such DDR3 kits are still available at decent prices. It replaces a 2x4GB Samsung green "wonder ram" kit I had running at 2133 9-10-10-24 T1 1.55v that fit nicely under one of the two fans of my Silver Arrow SB-E cooler. I had to remove that cooler fan to accommodate this kit, but the slight cooling penalty was worth doubling my RAM capacity, gaining bandwidth and preserving low latency. I find that for RL usage (encoding, running flight sims) the cooling loss is negligible. 5 stars for that this kit does everything I expect it to do without any hassle or nasty surprises.
