Cons: While I knew this was a used/refurbished unit, advertising it as Grade A was false advertising. Unit was dirty, heavy scuffs and deep scratches on Front. The 2TB hard drive was used (no surprise here) but was from 2013 and ran so hot, I could cook breakfast on it. (A sign it was near to failure). Since the drive was still working, I didn't think Newegg would accept a return. FYI, the installed memory was 4x2gb DDR3. It came with a cheap replacement keyboard, optical mouse and an actually nice mouse pad from the refurbisher Joy Systems. The install ram, HD were originally from various pc's (Dell, HP). I knew I was going to upgrade the unit include installing a new SSD as Primary, but replacing the hard drive was not in my plans. I have upgraded to 32GB Ram and with the SSD, this machine is both fast and quiet. I am using it for business only so plenty of computing power for my needs. Replaced the failing 2TB HD with a new 4TB . (All NewEgg and very good service!)

Overall Review: Pass on this refurbisher if you have better options. Good replacement (new) components from Newegg!
