Pros: Got these for our Account Managers since they are on the phone all day. Being hands free is terrific. Can hear great and customers can't hear background noise.

Cons: These are pretty pricey. However they work great.

Overall Review: I would certainly recommend this product and Newegg made it easy to buy and shipped quickly.
