Awesome

Pros: Mine overclocks to 4.4 without a problem. Six cores actually does work in some games. I had been running an old i7-920 before this an the difference is night and day.
Cons: PCI lanes? But honestly look around at the reviews none of the cards today care if you are at 8x or 16 x PCI (in sli/crossfire). So not a big deal at all. I tend to keep my CPU's for 5 years so that may change after 3 or more video card generations but for now it's plenty.
Overall Review: Running 2 970's in SLI with my old i7-920 @4k res. was more of a bottleneck than I thought. Stuttering in AC: Unity is gone and I upped my FPS by a good deal as well. Watchdogs my FPS went from 28 maxed out to 50+ with the same settings.
Need cables

Pros: It works.
Cons: By the time you buy this and the $25-$35 worth of cables you are better off just getting one big power supply (if you can find one anywhere).
Overall Review: If you need one of these you are probably already short for room. This makes cable management a PITA even in a full tower.
RAID 0

Pros: Fast, cheap. Ran two in RAID 0 and got 250 write and 275 read speeds. Ran three in RAID 0 and got 375 write and over 400 read. Running six in RAID 0 gave me 600 read and 500 write. For the $50 price tag on black Friday these are a great deal. Had four of the previous generation raptors (150 GB models) in a RAID 0 for 5 years without a hitch. Only reason I upgraded was I only had 600 GB of space now I have 6 times that amount and almost twice the speed. Before that setup I had two of the 74GB models in a RAID 0 setup. These drives love RAID. I'm using an older ICH10R onboard RAID controller from my MB.
Cons: They are a bit loud but honestly if you have a case with a good number of fans it's not a problem. FWIW I am using an antec 900 case.
Just wow 4X RAID

Pros: GEEZ these things are fast. I just ordered another two drives to make a 4 drive RAID 0. I was hesitant at first of using onboard RAID controller for 4 drives but the intel ICH10R handles them very well. The results are pretty impressive on benchmarks and on games. Here is my old setups An old IDE 7200 drive took a FULL 2 minutes to load a map in BF2 Upgraded to two older style raptors in RAID 0 a few years ago and turned a 110 mb/s HDtach time and loaded BF2 maps in roughly 30 seconds. Upgraded from those to 2 of these in RAID 0 and my HDTach times almost double at around 210 mb/s with BF2 maps loading in 15 seconds. Just added another 2 drives and my HDTach times are 335 mb/s average with a BF2 map loading in under 10 seconds!
Cons: Reliablity does seem to be an issue for some, my first RAID 0 vanilla flavor Raptors died after 4+ years of heavy use. These VR drives are two years old in a RAID 0 and have not had any troubles yet. I really don't care as I upgrade my system every 4 years or so anyway.
Overall Review: I tried these with a 128kb stripe size and got slower results than with the 2x RAID 0 so I went ahead and put the stripe down to 4kb. That gave me the the 335mb/s average. Random access is around 7 ms and my burst speeds are almost 500 mb/s.
Works as advertised

Pros: Can't tell the difference in noise between this and the stock i7 fan. Dropped my temps by about 5 degrees C at idle and almost 20 degrees C at full load.
Cons: It is pretty big it fit in my case but just barely.
Overall Review: I ordered this after getting thermal shutdowns on my rig. LOL make sure you clean your the dust out of your old heatsink. Mine was covered in a layer of dust and was shutting down my CPU as it reached 100 C running DVDFab which was utilizing 100% CPU usage. The above temps in the pros section were after I did a complete cleaning of my rig.
Awesome old school

Pros: I have one of these on my desk at home and I bought one for work. Flawless staplers. They are an "old" design from years ago and the one I bought was labeled as a "retro" item. 100% all metal construction. I have dropped the one at work from six feet several times and have never broken anything.
Cons: None.
Overall Review: After going thru plastic staplers at work every six months I was glad to have finally found a "good old fashioned one". I have had the one at work for over 3 years now and have gone through 4 boxes of 5000 staples.
