Works great with Linux
Pros: Good as drop in replacement for ASRock Q1900DC-ITX Intel Celeron J1900 Motherboard/CPU/VGA Combo - keeping old RAM, disk, even Linux setup. Comes with brick power supply.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Wish it would have 2 network interfaces ...
Good OCR, too bad output image quallity
Pros: Good OCR
Cons: Too bad output image quality - destroys image by too high compression - too ugly for reading (like old fax machine output). Slow compared to ReadIris 11 - I find it about 2.5-3 times slower Activation requires your personal details - I call this spyware - feel like fool Pay money and then have to share personal data.
Overall Review: I am really disappointed by the awful output image/scan quality and privacy evasion. If this would not be SW - I would definitely returned it as not fit given task. Should the disclose need to share personal data to activate - I would not buy this either.
Great product for good price
Pros: Works as expected as OS boot drive on Linux.
Cons: none
