Pros: - It's pretty. - Quick boot times. - POST LEDs are super helpful. - Had no issues with memory or other weird issues to debug during initial setup.

Cons: - Like others have said, the M.2 support is suuuuuper flaky. Sometimes it just won't see my boot drive. After loading defaults, it seems to typically come back, but sometimes I'll have to do it multiple times. This is a huge problem, as who wants to have to reset the BIOS just to get the machine booting.
