Pros: Fan was almost exactly the same as the failing one that came with the Samsung receiver. Replaced a month ago and haven't had Fan NG errors since. System works good as new. Fan delivery was delayed due to the quarantine. Contacted Seller who was very polite and apologized for the delay and tracked exactly where my package was and when it would be delivered. Quality customer service!

Cons: Fan didn't have threaded screw holes so I had to improvise with double-sided tape

Overall Review: I'd recommend this to replace a failing Samsung fan of the same type (I took mine out to ensure it was the same beforehand). I'd also recommend buying anything from this seller.
