Pros: I have an older PC, meaning that my old GPU no longer had updates made for it. And could barely get a decent look from even mild graphics games. Knowing my board and processor are outdated I needed something that is entry mid level. Both affordable and still usable. This fit the bill. Now in ESO where I was getting 30fps on a good day mid to low settings I can now nearly run wide open graphics and, internet speeds limiting, can hold 100 fps in open world and 20-30 ish in overly populated areas like popular towns.

Cons: I know this is entry mid level and will be replaced sooner than I prefer.

Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this for those of us that want to game when we can find time, and afford the equipment. Budget friendly and powerful enough to more than get you by. Yes I would buy again if needed. Let's hope it's not needed.
