Cons: One morning I woke up and came in to my computer room and she is off and not on stand by...I hit the button she started to come up but then boom...down she went...I was not sure what was wrong but I sent my power supply in to Seasonic x series gold 650...and I tested my amd Phenom II Black Ed X6 1090T and she was fine....I sent my Asus HD1650 back to have them check it...then the board...they told me they thought it might be it...They called me three weeks later and said they would not honor the RMA on it because they thought I had plugged something wrong up on it...(which I didn't). I waited a month for a return product and they send me a board that was warped to the point you could never mount it...I called again and this time they sent me to the second level techs and I ended up asking for the supervisor and he and said he would send out a good board after I threatened him with my lawyer. two weeks later I got the board and this one looked good I hooked her up like I did before..

Overall Review: Story cont. This time it took it a longtime to boot....not nice and fast like before I got everything running and all my stuff updated and then the mouse froze....and then 8 seconds later it re-appeared in the upper left corner of the desktop...and then the network adapter stopped working well every 10 minutes I was having to repair it to fix it and then it disappeared from Devise manager all together...I had to re-boot three or four times until it returned...I wont buy this board or anything from Asus and I would be careful about any of the Motherboard company's with this new technology that is not tested but fixed as they go. They all have learned there business ethics from Microsoft. These company's need to learn who they there main audience is and learn how to treat us with respect. What happen to the Mom and Pop shops where there word was good as "GOLD"? Will I buy this after selling this board here? NOPE!!!!!

Pros: I like that it protects everything I have running including my router too. My computer would shut down when I printed something due to my network printer. I have the computer in the battery side and my computer does not shut down anymore. I feel like I am protected better than I have ever been before!

Cons: It's heavy....

Overall Review: I like the LCD on the front. I have the USB plugged in and software installed to control the UPS unit! You can configure it to shut the computer down at curtain times. I love this so far...I hope it last a good 5 years or so!
