Great Case! I'm very impressed. Red and Black... Go Dawgs!

DIYPC DIY-TG8-BR Black/Red Dual USB3.0 Steel/ Tempered Glass ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case w/Tempered Glass Panels (Front, Top and Both Sides) and Pre-Installed 3 x Red 33LED Light Fan
DIYPC DIY-TG8-BR Black/Red Dual USB3.0 Steel/ Tempered Glass ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case w/Tempered Glass Panels (Front, Top and Both Sides) and Pre-Installed 3 x Red 33LED Light Fan

Pros: The Glass panels are on both sides, the top and the front. The panel one side seems sort of irrelevant, but I was amazed at how nice the glass panel on the front looks in person. The pictures do not do it justice! I am placing a LED light on the back side panel on my SSD drives, so they can be seen. So I am making some limited use of the glass panel behind the motherboard. The case still has a DVD/CD Bay. I know they are more irrelevant than ever, but I still have many old discs and I'm not quite willing to give them up yet. I like my old video games sometimes. With so many cases starting to not have them, I wanted to grab a new case with them, while I could The build ended up being very clean. Far cleaner than my previous 10 year old case (which is like ancient, right?). The inside was very well thought out, while keeping things simple. The quality of the steel was very good too. Overall, the case looks better in person than it does in the pictures. The tempered glass is nothing but sleek. The side of the case behind the mortherboard has many good zip tie points going vertical right next to the cable holes. I found cable management on the back-side of the case to be relatively easy. The fans that the case comes with are a good mix of quiet and effective. Some power users will want a more powerful fan or additional water cooling and some people might add fans and get some that are close to silent. For most, I think the 3 fans that it comes with are just about right for the average user. It is quieter than my previous cases and the inside air temperature has held fairly well so far. There are very few air obstructions inside. I usually expect to custom order fans once I get a case and it was nice not feeling the need to do that. All of the red LEDs in the fans look really nice. They are a bit bright in a dark room. I periodically leave the computer on over night to move a large volume of files. I wish the fans had an LED switch, but I know most fans don't have that as an option.

Cons: -The others are right about the hard drive and many cases have this problem. The larger 1000W hard drives will have trouble fitting. Be sure to measure this off if you have a PSU that is larger than most 400W-750W PSU that seem to follow a standard size. My 600W unit fit in just right. -I would have appreciated an extra space for a 3.5" hard drive. There is room for one. Alternatively, there is room for 2.5" cages in addition to the 2 3.5" slots. It would solve many problems if the 3.5" cage was removable as others suggested, but my build was fine. -I wish there was a good way to integrate an SD card slot. I can technically use a 5" bay converted to a 3.5" inch bay and put in an internal card reader, but for just the SD slot... I wish there was a clean way to install one on top. -It would be nice if the main side panel could slide off the case, but admittedly it does look very sleek with the 4 screws and the nice glass beveled edge slightly sticking out. It will take more TLC when doing maintenance or making modifications.. -Cable Management: On the main side of the case where the motherboard exists... 2 caveats: There could be more zip tie positions on the front corners for things like the fan power, the power switch cables, the top USB ports, etc... The other caveat is most power supplies older than a couple of years old will have trouble with 4+4 power cables reaching the motherboard on the top left corner. Extensions are available. I did make mine fit, barely, but the cable path isn't very clean.. I wish there was a single single opening for this cable at the top left side of the case over the motherboard. It would save 8 inches off the cable path for this connection and make it far cleaner.

Overall Review: Overall, I'm very pleased. It looks very sleek.

Cheap, you can get better

Sennheiser HD201S 3.5mm/ 6.3mm Connector Around-Ear Hi-fi Headphone
Sennheiser HD201S 3.5mm/ 6.3mm Connector Around-Ear Hi-fi Headphone

Pros: These headphones are extremely light weight and they are large and fit over your ears with plenty room to spare. The cord is also extremely long. These are not for portable use, but would work great for people who need headphones at home for pro-longed use. Your ears will not hurt and you will have plenty of freedom to move away from your source. Unlike other complaints, I have found the headphone cable to be pretty solid on my pair. They were really cheap. I bought these, because I needed headphones quick and did not have the time to properly shop around before spending much more money.

Cons: Audio quality. It is an understatement to say it is bright. It is very bright. It is lacking bass and the upper mids. I'm not just comparing these to overly bass driven headphones, it is not a flat response at all. When you listen to a band, particularly a drum set, I had a much harder time distinguishing each separate sound compared to other headphones I have used. I always want to mention, while they are lightweight and won't hurt to wear over long times, the padding is very light and cheap. It doesn't make a seal at all. This will not help isolate outside noise.

Overall Review: For comparative purposes. The cheap, use-at-home headphones I had previously were made by Behringer. They were distinctly higher quality than this set.

Great Product! High Quality!

ORICO SSD Tray 2.5 to 3.5 inch Hard Drive HDD SSD Adapter Internal Drive Bay Converter Portable Mounting Kit Caddy Tray for 7 / 9.5 / 12.5mm 2.5 inch HDD / SSD with SATA III Interface
ORICO SSD Tray 2.5 to 3.5 inch Hard Drive HDD SSD Adapter Internal Drive Bay Converter Portable Mounting Kit Caddy Tray for 7 / 9.5 / 12.5mm 2.5 inch HDD / SSD with SATA III Interface

Pros: - Solidly Built - SATA connectors mimic the placement of a 3.5" drive, so it can be used in any type of 3.5" cradle - It is actually well thought out in the design and function, in a sea of a cheap stuff that just get the job done I'm very impressed with this particular product, even compared to other Orico stuff I have run into.

Cons: Only Con... It looks like it would be aluminum and the structure is made to be strong, yet mimic a heat sink. It is not a heat sink. It is plastic. It is high grade plastic. It feels very durable without being brittle.

Overall Review: This is not a commonly needed part, but in a rare occurrence I was able to use a Laptop hard drive that got replaced with a SSD that only had 1500 hours on it in an outside device that only had a cradle for a 3.5" drive. Other typical 2.5" to 3.5" holders will not work, because they don't place the right type of SATA connector in the right place. This does. I'm just impressed with how solid this was. I was expecting it to work, but I was expecting it to seem cheaper and it wasn't at all. Also do be cautious when screwing down a 2.5" drive and make sure the screw holes line up! Most SSD drives will use all 4 holes, however most standard 2.5" HDs will only use the rear 2. If you accidentally try to put screws in the other two holes, you might be damaging the circuit board on the hard drive. So do your due diligence installing and always make sure you only screw down the proper spots.

I lost the lottery!

ORICO 4 Port USB3.0 PCI-Express Card 15-Pin Power Connector Speed Up to 5.0 Gbps PCI-Express Expansion Card USB 3.0 HUB for Windows XP/7/8/Vista
ORICO 4 Port USB3.0 PCI-Express Card 15-Pin Power Connector Speed Up to 5.0 Gbps PCI-Express Expansion Card USB 3.0 HUB for Windows XP/7/8/Vista

Pros: It looks nice.

Cons: Well mine never worked. I tried the drivers on the disc, drivers from their thailand website (US site wouldn't load), and the most up to date drivers for the Via chipset from via. None worked. The properties from Device Manager says "Status_Device_Power_Failure" Too cheap to bother trying to send back, not to mention I threw away the packaging.

Excellent Flashlight for a single AA Battery!

Icon Light RG101A Rogue 1 Black Alluminum Flashlight 50 Lumen
Icon Light RG101A Rogue 1 Black Alluminum Flashlight 50 Lumen

Pros: This flashlight is excellent and one of the best I can find that uses a single AA battery. It has a good color temperature. It isn't warm, like a traditional home lamp, but it isn't one of those overly 'blue' LEDs. It is a single source LED that is very bright with two brightness settings. it is well constructed and water-resistant. I have been through many flashlights and will buy this again. I prefer these, since they save batteries. I don't need to carry a million AAA batteries, like other flashlights. You can find better and brighter, but you will have to increase voltage (more batteries).

Cons: none really.

You get what you pay for

COBY CV215SVR 3.5mm Connector Circumaural & Earbud 2 in 1 Combo Deep Bass Stereo Headphones & Earphones
COBY CV215SVR 3.5mm Connector Circumaural & Earbud 2 in 1 Combo Deep Bass Stereo Headphones & Earphones

Pros: Really cheap. They fold up and great for fitting into a bag for flights or between uses.

Cons: Really bad sound quality. They are no better or worse than most stock headphones sold with average mp3 players. They aren't quite large enough to completely fit around the ears, so they are irritating to wear over time.

Overall Review: My headphones broke last-minute right before a long international flight. I went to the nearest local store and bought the cheapest thing available, because I didn't heave the time to research what was worth the money. I ultimately bought something nicer, but I needed the time to research. I would gladly buy these again for only that one purpose. If you are looking for permanent headphones... do yourself a favor and spend $10 more and get something simple and decent quality wise. You can probably triple or quadruple the quality with an extra $10.

PROBLEMATIC SELLER!!! BUYER BEWARE! Wrong part sent. No communication from seller in over 6 weeks.

My comment is similar to many others on here. I ordered a part. It was a great deal, but I received something totally different than what I ordered. What I received was a nice quality item, but severely out-dated and likely difficult to sell. I did not start an RMA process with Newegg as it was geared towards returns only and I wanted to see if a swap was still possible. I sent the seller a direct message on newegg describing the problem. It has been over 6 weeks and not a single response. Perhaps I should have just tried for a return to begin with. Also problematic is that I bought a $14 item. It is one of those situations where it won't be worth it for me to go out of my way to ship it back at my cost. I note this as some previous commenters described this as a problem. Clearly there is something wrong with their supply-chain and/or truthfulness in advertising and they are not monitoring their seller account closed enough.
