Pros: I tested this drive with hdtune and it is on par with my hitachi 1tb. They both perform better than my WD 6.0 gb 1 TB. (Although they won't outlast it.) Drive is cool and quiet.

Overall Review: Seagate makes some pretty good drives now. Years ago I would have never even considered them. We'll see how long this lasts. I still love my WD's There is a reason for the 3 yr. warranty. All my wd blacks have five yr warranties.
