Pros: The quality of the laptop is superb. The overall build and quality of the laptop itself is wonderful, akin to a 600 dollar laptop (bought this for 270 dollars on Black Novermber). -APU: The AMD A4-5000 is a trooper. It handles multitasking perfectly, for browsing and everyday computing, it can't be beat for the price. At the 300 dollar price point, you can't get an i3 (which is what this competes against) unless its on special. ***DOWNLOAD WINDOWS 8.1 UPGRADE!!! IT GREATLY IMPROVES AND MAKES USE OF THE AMD CPU ARCHITECTURE TO ITS FULL POTENTIAL*** -iGPU: 8330g on this li'l tugger handles all modern games on the absolute lowest setting at a steady 25-27 fps (which is considereed playable) very impressive for a laptop this price. Keep in mind that a 720p resolution was used to achieve the +20 fps, anything lower is considered unplayable. (go down to 600p for better performance at the cost of quality). -RAM: 4gb 1600 ram gives the igpu the juice it needs. Not much to say.

Cons: AMD Overdrive does not recognize this APU, nor does the AMD Catalyst drivers for use with overclocking... It is to be expected since this is a mid-range mobile APU, one shouldn't tamper with such low tdp (25w). I honestly think however that overclocking both the gpu a healthy 50-70 Mhz would do no harm to the laptop overall, even over long periods of time. Once again; AMD fails at driver recognition... maybe this time it was inteded as a "better safe than sorry" motive.

Overall Review: I recommend the A4-5000 to anyone that has a gaming pc at home with all the bells and whistles, and just wants something that will handle all the school/homework on the go AND will also handle World of Warcraft, Minecraft, hell even skyrim (yes, skyrim) at low low LOW yet playable settings. Don't go in expecting a lot from the APU in this laptop, and you'll be surprised, I promise.

Pros: Good mobo overall... just got a dud.

Cons: The mobo would not post if the graphics card was in the pci-e slot. After many MANY attempts at booting, it finally worked. I immediately installed the gpu drivers and the latest bios for the mobo. After that the mobo would post without fail, HOWEVER the mobo could not fully read the gpu, and the cpu fan would go apesh*t LOUD signifying a connection issue (GPU to mobo) The analog front panel audio 3.5mm jack wouldn't work, it would claim that the speakers weren't "plugged in". Even after installing the latest Realtek drivers and latest mobo bios, the onboard audio would still not work, not being able to access AMD HDMI Audio through the mobo's bios due to the previously mentioned GPU+mobo connection issue. I was at a complete loss.

Overall Review: ASRock is a reputable company... It seems this batch of mobos came out funky. As many other buyers have had similar issues.

Pros: It's a solid build. All black interior makes for a wonderful aesthetic look. No dents. Room for an 80mm side fan.

Cons: Objectively speaking, no thumb screws included for the main side panel. This is a personal turnoff. Why no thumb screws?! Subjectively speaking, The front I/O port had one of the platforms broken inside. It was flimsy as all hell. Had to use a glue gun to fix the issue.

Overall Review: Over all, This case is a good buy for 26 dollars. I'm sure the front I/O issue I had was highly subjective. You should buy this if you're looking for a solid 30 dollar case that has a black interior.
