Everything I hoped for!

EVGA GeForce 8800 GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card 256-P3-N791-AR
EVGA GeForce 8800 GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Video Card 256-P3-N791-AR

Pros: Takes up 1 slot, Performance is superb, fairly quiet, and price is what you'd expect from newegg. I'm actually able to play crysis on high settings without any lag. I wasn't able to try it out on Very high because crysis won't let you if you're running on windows XP.

Cons: Big, heatsink wasn't as sexy as it looks in the picture (still sexy),

Overall Review: EVGA AND NEWEGG ROCK!!!

Decent card for the money

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Interface Sound Card
Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 7.1 Channels 24-bit 96KHz PCI Interface Sound Card

Pros: Better than most onboard sound cards. Sound is crisp and clear.

Cons: The mic plug is wierd. Un-muting the mic in "playback options" will turn the mic plug into a sort of "line-in" type of plug causing you to hear yourself through the speakers when a mic is plugged in (even when "what you hear" and "mix stereo" are OFF). Muting mic in "Playback options" will only stop you from hearing yourself from the speakers, but doesn't mute you're mic.

Overall Review: The mic jack is the only issue with this card. You can either take advantage of the weird mic problem, or just stay away from this card. I decided to get a headset with a mute switch for the mic. I would recommend looking for a different card since there are better ones out there that cost either the same or less.

Black friday deal was worth it

ASUS VG248QE 24" Full HD 1920 x 1080 1ms (GTG) 144Hz DVI-D HDMI DisplayPort Built-in Speakers Asus Eye Care with Ultra Low-Blue Light & Flicker-Free Backlit LED NVIDIA 3D Gaming Monitor
ASUS VG248QE 24" Full HD 1920 x 1080 1ms (GTG) 144Hz DVI-D HDMI DisplayPort Built-in Speakers Asus Eye Care with Ultra Low-Blue Light & Flicker-Free Backlit LED NVIDIA 3D Gaming Monitor

Pros: Just about everything. If you didn't get this during the black friday deal, you missed out. Unless of course you already have something better. First time jumping from a 60hz monitor and I'll never go back. The difference in refresh rate is extremely noticeable and better on my eyes. I absolutely love everything about this monitor. From the flexibility in height and tilt adjustment, all the way down to the silly built in crosshairs and timer. Seriously, this monitor covers all the bases.

Cons: Only 2, and that's the headphone jack location and the speakers. The audio jack is located so far up in the back that I have to get off my lazy fatness and make my way behind the monitor to plug my headphones in. It's not really a big deal considering I have ports in the front of my tower as well, but still. And yes, like everyone is saying, the speakers do suck. Aside from this nonsense, the $209 for this monitor was well spent.

Overall Review: I didn't notice this when I sat the monitor into the base, but there's definitely a screw that locks the monitor in. Don't be an idiot like me, tighten that bad boy in. I almost had a stroke when my monitor plopped forward onto my keyboard while trying to plug my headphones into the back. Luckily for me, no damage was done.

Not the best I've used, but it's still great

Turtle Beach Ear Force PX24 Universal Amplified Gaming Headset for PlayStation 4, Xbox One (compatible w/ new Xbox One controller), PC/Mac, & Mobile devices
Turtle Beach Ear Force PX24 Universal Amplified Gaming Headset for PlayStation 4, Xbox One (compatible w/ new Xbox One controller), PC/Mac, & Mobile devices

Pros: -Sound quality is great -Comes with a neat amplifier/remote. I love that the amplifier is battery powered and can be recharged via micro usb. -Supernatural hearing via the remote amplifier definitely gives you a nice edge against your enemies -Of course, the greatest pro is that the headset is universal and can be used on any device that has a 3.5mm jack.

Cons: -The cord for the headset is a bit on the short side -My biggest complaint is they decided to include a micro usb cable which is readily available just about everywhere on the planet rather than include an audio splitter which you'll need if you're gonna use this headset on pc. Chances are you'll need to order one online.

Overall Review: The most important thing to me when it comes to my headset is the quality of the sound and I'm very impressed with these so far. I didn't want to put the quality of the mic as a pro or a con, because it's neither great or terrible (it gets the job done). Overall, the headset is great. Just keep in mind that it doesn't come with a splitter.

Best tower I've ever owned

IN WIN GRone White 0.8mm SECC Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case
IN WIN GRone White 0.8mm SECC Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Pros: Just about everything about this tower is flawless. -Sturdy -Excellent air flow -Spacious -Fantastic wire routing -Drive dock on the roof -Looks sexy

Cons: Only con I have are the pins used to lock drives in the drive trays. They pop off too easy, so I decided to use screws instead.

Overall Review: Out of every tower I've used in my life this one has to the best one I've ever owned at it's price range. I got it while it was on sale for $109, but even at full price ($160) it's still worth every penny. I seriously recommend this tower, it's an absolute gem. If you ever need a full atx tower and you catch this baby on sale, grab it!

Great 990FX motherboard for the price

ASRock ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Fatal1ty 990FX Killer AM3+/AM3 AMD 990FX + AMD SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Gaming Motherboard
ASRock ASRock Fatal1ty Gaming Fatal1ty 990FX Killer AM3+/AM3 AMD 990FX + AMD SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Gaming Motherboard

Pros: -Both Sli and Crossfire support -No legacy PCI slot -Excellent layout -Rich in features -Nice and clean bios menu.

Cons: -Last PCI Express slot is only x4. -Like the majority of all AMD motherboards, the PCI express x16 slots are only 2.0 -It's runs the 990FX chipset but isn't fully compatible with the fx-9370. I was able to run the cpu on it, but I ran into alot of issues and instability. Runs my 8350 like a dream though.

Overall Review: Best AMD motherboard you can get for the price. I absolutely love it. I only wish the PCI Express slots with 3.0.
