Pros: Looks great, Fans are VERY quiet, most of the wire management is creat, lots of space, great design.

Cons: My only complaint is that I also purchased an V6 GT cooler from Cooler Master at the same time. The V6 GT was missing parts - so I had to RMA it. In the mean time I figured I would use the stock intel cooler. Once the PC was built I looked at what I would need to do to change out the cooler and realized the built in window on the back of the motherboard mount won;t let you get to the mounting holes on an intel LGA 1366 board (DX58SO) - so now that everything is done, I'll need to take the whole thing apart to replace the cooler when the new one comes in.

Pros: Functionally performas very well, and the top/bottom facing fan works very well with cases designed for this.

Cons: The "Hybrid Modular Power" this comes with is laughable. I purchased it thinking that it would be hard wired with the 24pin and other required motherboard connections and the rest would be modular. Each line has 3 connections, 3 Sata are hard wired, 3 Molex are hard wired. It comes with 2x by 3x molex modular cables, 2x by 3x Sata cables, and 1x PCI-E power. The supply itself can fit two of the extra power cables (your choice which one) but all the lines might as well be hard wired. I didn't need the molex set at all - that was hard wired, but due to the provided cable length I ended up needing to plug in BOTH extra Sata connections to reach all of my drives. If you have a larger case, or several drives the "Modular" feature of this drive isn't helpful.

Pros: Very quiet at idle (800-900RPM) and not terrible at max (1900-2000RPM), I really thought that he wasn't running after post. Keeps my i7-960 at about 45C at idle and I've yet to see if get over 56C at any load using normal clock speeds.

Cons: Wasn't very easy to put in, instructions weren't very clear.

Overall Review: When my shipment arrived I started to install this and disccovered that once of the tension springs/screws was missing from the kit - I almost returned the whole thing. Check your parts carefully!

Pros: It's only been a week, but so far I'm amazed with this drive and the transfer rate - just wish I would have purchased the larger version.
