Really Big

Pros: Has excellent cooling characteristics.
Cons: This heat sink is REALLY BIG. It does hit (just barely) in my Antec P182 case. It does not include the 120mm fan. Once you go purchase a 120mm fan, it's hard to install on the heat sink, and the instructions are very vauge.
Pump Motor Failing

Pros: When first installed, greatly reduced noise. I used a fanless power supply, and the MB chipset was cooled by a heat pipe. I had to leave one case fan running on low speed because of ambiant heat from hard drives etc. It was cooling a faily powerful machine (Dual Core AMD 64 4200) with no problems.
Cons: After 9 months, the water pump in the Reserator began to make noise, now the noise is unbearable (sounds like a radio with constant static). Far worse that the CPU Fan noise I was trying to avoid. I'm seein if I can get an RMA, but bottom line, the computer must be down until I can replace the entire Reserator. I also had some problems installing the water blocks, cracking the chip on the video card. My fault, but be careful. Once you set up on of these water cooled systems, you are kind of locked in. I think next time I'll try for exclusive heat pipes and radiating cases.
Not worth it

Pros: None
Cons: I was very disapointed with this product. I bought it as a Christmas gift for my son, but it was a failure. It is unable to manuver on either hard wood or carpeted floors. It does not seem to operate autonomously with any interest at all. All it really does is scream (make noise) when you get close enough to activate it's sensors.
Overall Review: Not worth the money - even heavily discounted.
Great Unit

Pros: Great enclosure, looks nice, solid consruction. Comes with a functional and compact vinyl case. Installation was easy. I bought two (one black, one silver) and would definately buy more of these. The unit can be used without removing it from the case.
Cons: It did not come with a power supply, nor does the case provide space for the USB cable, but I'm OK with this because it uses a standard mini-USB cable, and I always have one of those with my laptop. Since it draws power from the USB, I can't see any advantage to lugging a power supply.
Overall Review: The USB cable has three usb connectors (two large, one mini). I'm not sure what the other large USB connector is for.
New Favorite

Pros: Great enclosure, well constructed with thick aluminum, looks great. Stays cool without a fan, so it's quiet. Seems to be a high quality product. My new favorite enclosure supplier.
Cons: I wish they would also produce a SATA version.
