It works with Linux and Solaris

Pros: Slamd64: glxgears 500, with drivers 4000 FPS. Worked with CentOs and Sabayon Linux as well. Did a good job under Vista. Worked with Solaris. Well worth the price.
Cons: None.
Poor packaging 2 out 3 bad.

Pros: It cools!!! I have not had to empty the water since I started using the third unit.
Cons: 1st unit had 25% of the cooling fins on the heat exchanger folded over and a broken wheel. It was returned. 2nd unit had 10% of the cooling fins folded over, a broken wheel, leaked oil in the box and the cabinet was damaged. After a couple of weeks the air compressor would not stay running. It was returned. 3rd unit had a couple fins folded over and the cabinet was damaged. I was able to repair the cabinet myself and I will live with the folded over fins.
Overall Review: I believe that the fins were bent over during manufacture, which shows a lack of quality control. All three units had some physical damage. I do not feel that they are sufficiently packaged for shipping.
Had to get one set replaced.

Pros: Price.
Cons: Bought 2 sets, one set was defective. RMA'ed
Overall Review: Had a little difficulty with my RMA. I put two in the quantity box , thinking I got two (should have put 1), when it was two per package. A quick chat with a New Egg Customer Service Rep and everything was fixed. Although it was my mistake, New Egg was awesome in getting everything fixed. The replacement set is in a Solaris box that runs 24x7 and is working perfectly. I recommend and will buy again.
Simple board, Good price works with Solaris - mostly.

Pros: Simple, it works. I threw Vista Ultimate on it for a short while and had no problems with it. 5 PCI slots! Currently it is running Open Solaris. Also worked with CentOS, did not check the audio in Linux, though.
Cons: Solaris 10 5/08 does not recognize the built in network adapter, nor the built in audio. OpenSolaris 10 5/08 does not recognize built in audio as well, but does work with the built in network card. Only one PATA port.
Overall Review: Purchased the board to use in a simple file server machine. Not going to do anything with overclocking at this time. Did not check out the audio... It will be a headless machine, anyway.
Cools!

Pros: Cools. Not too noisy. In the low to med fan speeds it would probably be okay to run in a bedroom while sleeping. I have tall apartment windows and the exhaust hose bracket was tall enough to cover the whole opening. In the auto mode, it keeps the temperature at 75 +/- 2 degrees, adjusting the fan speed as needed. In manual mode it keeps the temp just about where you set it. Initially I heard the compressor cycle, but got use to it fairly quickly and no longer pay attention to it. You will hear it, cycle on, but it found it was not all that noisy.
Cons: The auto mode is hardwired to 75. It’s a little too warm for my personal tastes. I prefer 73. The vents do not go up and down, just left and right. It has a big foot print. I found that running the unit with the fan at high speed has required draining the water every 2 -3 of hours. In auto mode I don’t think I’ve had to drain the water, at all.
Overall Review: After a couple of hours it started making a noise like marbles hitting a fan, shortly after the Water Full Alarm went off. After I drained the water the marble noise went away. The next time the noise occurred, I drained the water immediately (while the A/C was running) and the noise went away just as I started draining the water. I had problem with another brand unit arriving damaged, mostly due to packing. I found this unit to be packaged very well for shipping. It is a box in a box. Once you remove the straps for the inside box, the box will come up exposing the unit. I deduct 1/2 egg for having to drain the water while running the fan in the high speed mode. I give it an extra egg for the packing for an overall 5 egg rating.
Drive failed

Pros: Seagate
Cons: Drive started giving SMART errors after a couple days of use. Moved it to another machine and got the same result.
