Pros: Great price, works fine, seems decent. Got tired of paying ~$15 per month to my water delivery company to rent a cooler / heater.

Cons: Not a top end water cooler / heater / dispenser, but I'd definitely buy again because the price to value ratio is high.

With such a great price I was concerned that there could be issues with quality. When the all-in-one unit arrived, it was very well packaged, with the Dell product box inside another box. The product box itself appeared fully intact with factory sealed tape. When I opened it, everything was perfect. I installed the computer according to the directions and it was easier than I expected. This order absolutely exceeded my expectations.
