Pros: Looks like the Mustang Convertable of all cases. Had alot of work room inside and seemed as though it would run very cool with all the air vents.

Cons: Ok here we are at the real story. Opened the box which was in perfect shape... Took the form foam off and wow the front pannel fell off. Then to make matters worse we found out the easy open side pannel was alot easier if you removed the same screws you have to remove on most cases... This case is designed without an ounce of quality please stay away.

Overall Review: Newegg was a dream to work with on the RMA... within 5 minits was got our claim and are sending off for our refund... and they threw a bit of store credit in too.

Pros: Looks good and is advertised to make transferring analog tapes easy. Allegedly will tansfer analog date/time stamps to digital format.

Cons: Installation freezes after the first 30-45 seconds and will not continue. Got one error message about some kind of registration problem with Pixie5 - whatever the hell that is. Requires full reboot to even escape or cancel. Spent over six hours attemptign to install included software (Studio 10) which allows the use of all the perks associiated with the device. Three calls to "live Tech support" ( a real joke there) Given three solutions - none of which worked. Hey - they got heir money so why shold they care - This is not the fault of Newegg and i am not even gonna go through the BS of packaging the device back up and returning it. I will chalk it up as a lesson learned and eave it as that. This is the second piece of "Pinnacle" merhcandie I have owned and both sucked! Trust me - this one will be the last - Makes a nice looking paperweight tho.
