Pros: Functioned in home NAS without a problem (after the first problem was resolved). Problem resolution was quite seamless, even for a Marketplace seller!

Cons: Seems to be refurbished even though that's not in the product description.

Overall Review: I wouldn't necessarily recommend the product, uness they're looking for refurbished HDS723030ALA640 drives. However, I can recommend the seller, who was more than polite and amicable whenever I dealt with them. Thank you!
