Overall Review: Bought two to replace fans in two Linksys EG008W switches. Same power draw and size as the existing fans only these are dead silent. If anyone else is thinking about replacing noisy 40mm fans these are the ones to buy!

Pros: Can provide power over long lengths of Cat5/6 ethernet cable. Stable. I haven't had any issues powering a WRT300N with DD-WRT over 150ft with Cat6.

Cons: Adapters could be smaller.
