Very Good, very nice with only One caveat so far

Pros: Quite fast ....... Runs very cool even under load ......... Would, as usual, benefit from an SSD. 34-35c at rest ........ 42-43c under a load in a warm room (I'm old) for the CPU ........ about the same for the GPU. The HD is about the same as well. I opened 400 webpages at the same time and it only choked for a second or two and recovered immediately.
Cons: As I said ........ would benefit from an SSD ......... and as well ....... from probably any other O.S. other than Windows 10. Now the glaring caveat ........ If I could confront the ABS engineer who thought it would be a good idea to put the hair trigger power switch on the very top of the case .......... I would wet my finger and stick it in his ear as punishment .......... Who doesn't use the top of their computer as a small table?
Overall Review: I would, however, recommend this PC .......... especially for the 400 bucks we paid.
Flakey

Pros: Not too many. Nice saddle shoe color scheme.
Cons: Very slow. Not recognized well by a variety of devices, sometimes not at all. Re-formatting may be helpful in those cases. Overall, a clumsy and substandard device.
Overall Review: Had we not gotten a huge discount on two of these, we would have sent them back. Because they were so inexpensive, we didn't want to suffer re-stocking fees. They are at least semi-useful. I do not recommend this hardware.
Hunky dory

Pros: Runs cool, smooth in excellent high definition. While I don't have time to game much, the games I have run are smooth with high frame rates and excellent depth of field. It also oveclocks quite well although we've not pushed it, wasn't necessary. Over the years I have seen so many people complain about this gpu or that gpu and discovered, astonishingly, that they forgot or were unaware they have to plug in an auxiliary power connector directly to the card. This may cause all sorts of problems including failure to boot. Research your hardware before you stick your hands in the case boys and girls. Oh yeah, about the rebate. We sent the rebate in, they received it on April 28th. We got the check on May 19th. About the fastest and effortlessly we've ever received a rebate. Thank you PowerColor. I recommend this hardware.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: Been repairing and building for about 30 years. We've shopped with Newegg since the beginning. That must be 12 or 13 years. On the rare occasion there was a problem, they always took care of it. If Newegg was a girl, we'd marry her.
no stamina

Pros: inexpensive.
Cons: quickly loses its ability to hold a charge. After about 6 months must be charged everyday after only a few hours of talk. This is of course much worse longevity than a motorola name branded battery.
Overall Review: some Lenmars for other devices work well, some do not. very hit and miss.
The jury is out

Pros: While i would characterize this gear's protocols or process as quirky,it worked well enough for about 5 weeks. It then started to exibit all the symptoms of a failing video processor ala the nvidia fiasco. We filled out the rma request on siig's site and we will have to wait and see how well they rush to our assistance.
Cons: The driver software is a little bit clumsy and you must run windows update to install the microsoft update after you have either installed the most recent software from the siig website or the provided media. Without the update it will not work well. Another unrelated annoyance is the fact that the siig software to manipulate their gear does not conjoin with windows native software making multiple monitor contol rather clumsy. If one wants to improve on that disparity they recommend a business partners third party software which will cost you extra.
Overall Review: Like i said, the jury is out and we were quite disappointed that the device failed after such a short period of time. Obviously we checked our gear and software and switched monitors and all that until we were certain the flaw was exclusive to the siig unit. We will upddate this information according to the rapidity and concientiousness of siig's response to our problem. In other words we will let you know how it goes.
shameful transfer

Pros: absolutely none.
Cons: clearly the worst transfer on HD....one has to wonder what they were thinking......closely akin to the blu-ray transfer of Fifth Element(the first High Def offering to go to clearance in quite a few locations, amazing)
Overall Review: it is quite a disheartening situation when the standard DVD's are much better than the HD DVD version of the same title.....if we don't purchase those releases....they may stop being so careless.
